| How does the service
work? |
| MoviebanK-Potters
Bar is owned and operated by Now That’s Entertainment Ltd. We operate
a membership card top up based system,
offering flexible, convenient and cost effective
DVD and game rentals 24
hours a day, seven days a week, through our Automated
Dispenser and Selection points.
You can only rent a DVD or game if you are a member
and have credit on your Membership card.
Once you become a member and have your membership card you are ready
to start renting.
Your membership card holds your money credit details
(similar in principle to the way a pay as you go mobile phone card
works), this means that from time to time you have
to top up your membership card in the store (during opening hours)
or at
any other time at the dispenser, by swiping your
membership card first in the 24 hour automated dispensing machine
located at the front
of the store and then topping up your membership
card.
At present the dispenser can only accept paper
money i.e. £5, £10, £20, etc to top up your card but very shortly
you will
be able to top up at the automatic dispenser using
your Credit card. Credit and Debit cards are accepted in-store for
top ups. |
| How do I join and how
long does it take to become a member? |
| You’ll
need to fill in a MoviebanK-Potters Bar Membership Application Form.
Show an original proof of address i.e. recent utility, council
tax,
Bank or Building Society statement etc. (We are only interested in confirming your
address details) and have a valid Credit or Debit card.
Once you have completed these formalities, paid
your £1 joining fee, you will be invited to top up your Membership
card.
Your Membership card will now be ready to use immediately. |

Act of 1998 (The "Act") and
requires all employees to fully comply with
the Act. Now
That’s Entertainment Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy
and only holds information that it requires running the Moviebank-Potters
Bar membership card top up based system and to prevent fraudulent
use of your membership card. It does not sell or pass onto third persons
or Companies any of the information
it stores.
Please help
MoviebanK-Potters Bar keep your records updated by notifying us
of any changes to your personally identifiable information
- either by sending an email to sarah@mb24.co.uk
or popping into the store. We
do not
(for your
protection), update details over the telephone. If you email us, we
will update our records.

What
do I do if my Membership card is lost or stolen? |
| If you
lose your card or it is stolen then please do contact us! We can cancel
your old card and issue you with a new one. There
is a replacement fee of £1 to cover admin costs. |
| Can I reserve movies
and games? |
| With
our online reservation system you can book and reserve your choice
of movies and games whilst at work/home
and collect them at your convenience, from the
store later.
You can reserve your movie/game choice and hold
it in your name for up to 2 hours. (**Rental
charges only start once you
Collect
your movie)

In order not to disadvantage other members and to discourage abuse
of the reservation facility, we reserve the right to make a
Charge of 99p if reserved movies or games are
not taken up. |

little you want to pay for the latest movies
and games. There
are no gimmicks, no hidden charges. The quicker you return your movie,
the less you pay!

| Why are your rentals for the latest blockbuster movies and games
so much cheaper than others? |
| Because
we use the very latest in rental technology, we don’t need the unnecessary
staffing levels of our competitors.
Less staff = Direct savings for our members, without
having to compromise on quality of service.
Whilst our competitors are busy employing people
to put returned movies back into cases for the next renter, our fully
automated systems
allow us
to have a lot less staff but they have more time to talk to members
about recommended movies and games.
Our automatic dispensers are open 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, which better suits today’s flexible lifestyle and
allows us to offer
lower rentals to you, our members.
Conventional movie rental stores can only rent
when they are open, so they charge higher rental fees to boost
profits from less rentals. Moviebank -Potters Bar members rent
smarter by returning earlier and benefiting from
lower rentals.
Traditional rental stores prefer their customers
to hold onto their movies for 2 or more days at a time, so that they
can justify
higher rental charges.
At Moviebank you control how much less
you want to pay, for renting the latest blockbuster movies!

| Can my children become
members? |
| You
must be 18 or older to be a member but at the time of applying for
membership you can obtain additional membership
cards for £1 each under your membership; These
can be issued with a separate password that will restrict choice of
movies
and games in accordance with current UK censorship
laws.
It is the responsibility of the member to make
sure their membership card reflects any restrictions in the choice
of movies and games they want their membership card(s) to have access
to. Now That’s Entertainment Ltd does not accept any responsibility
for inappropriate selections of movies/games when
using membership cards.
